This service lets you retrieve digital badges and review badge applications linked to your email address, without creating an account or logging in.
Click the button below and enter your email address to start the retrieval process (enter the email address used to receive your badges).
You will receive a secure, time-limited access link (token) by email giving you access to your personal badge page. You can also review your personal data and request its deletion.
What digital badges you can access
Using the access link sent to your email, you can view:
- All badges issued to your email address by organisations using Open Badge Factory
- All badge applications you have submitted
You can also secure your digital badges in your Open Badge Passport wallet.
Open Badge Passport is a secure digital wallet where you can store and manage your badges.
How to retrieve your digital badges?
After opening the access link:
- Click on an organisation name to view all badges they have issued to you
- Use the My applications tab to review your badge applications by organisation
Each badge includes detailed information, verification data, and sharing options.

- Make sure you entered the correct email address
