The change management world is a funny one. “Certifications” have become meaningless over the last number of years because all they prove is that the attendees credit card payment was successful.
We started using digital credentials, pathways, and missions to replace boring old “certifications” and have issued over 5200 digital badges in the last couple of years. In this webinar I’ll share our ups and downs, what’s been working, and what’s been the hardest part of our implementation of digital credentials.
