The participant has seen applications of all 4 phases of a project: Start, Plan, Do and Close and has experimented with tools and techniques.
The participant has worked through roles and responsibilites in project management, can clearly understand their own role and the role of others.
The participant assist in choosing the correct tools and techniques for their own projects.
In each phase of a project the participant understands the key questions as highlighted in this guideline PM guideline
