The participant has actively participated in a training provided by Propellor Website

The participant has worked through all 4 phases of a project: Start, Plan, Do and Close and has applied tools and techniques on cases and on their own project.

The participant has worked through roles and responsibilites in project management, can clearly explain their own role and the role of others.

The participant understands how to use the best methodologies and choose the correct tools and techniques for their own projects.

In each phase of a project the participant can answer the key questions as highlighted in this guideline PM guideline
