Guided learning that includes:
- Individual activities such as quizzes and discussion forums, aimed at internalizing the concepts and tools of PM4R.

- Feedback activities where the certified Trainer in charge of the program provides guidance and support to each team.
- Synchronous theoretical activities where the certified Trainer in charge of the program will explain each of the tools and the weekly work.

The credential is awarded to participants who complete all the course activities and pass the knowledge test.
