TF Open badge – YCAP Process Design Advisor

To receive this badge, the participant must provide evidence demonstrating active contribution to the Monitoring Task Force.

The participant is expected to have: - Observed and assessed the Assembly process by monitoring one or more sessions or activities and identifying strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement (e.g., content, facilitation, logistics, inclusion, information provided, participation dynamics)

• Collected feedback from participants (e.g., through surveys, structured questions, informal interviews, or debrief sessions) Produced structured monitoring outputs by contributing to at least one evaluation or monitoring document summarizing findings and proposing practical recommendations (what worked well, what could be improved, and clear suggestions)

• Collaborated with the methodology team and other Task Forces by sharing insights and, when relevant, coordinating horizontally to strengthen the overall work of the Assembly

• Actively engaged in the Task Force by participating in meetings (on-site and/or online) and contributing between meetings (asynchronous inputs, drafting, data consolidation, coordination)
