The Agile Relay Practitioner is an active part of the Renault Agile transformation program. He is a driver in this transformation. He has received training on the basics of Agile and on the fundamentals of facilitation. With the support of Agile Coach, he works from the Agile manifesto on the implementation of Agile practices and mindset in his ecosystem.

To obtain this badge, the employee has demonstrated a certain number of skills:

Attitudes:

• Humility, perseverance, leadership, curiosity, open-mindedness, adaptability and responsiveness, customer oriented
• Sense of organization and sharing

Skills:

Agility in a team

• Knows Agile values and principles and knows how to make the link and implement them concretely in its ecosystem
• Know the visual management tools and their purposes

Agility to scale

• Knows the intentions of the transition to Agile at scale
• Helping teams to synchronize
• Knows the stakes of Agile Portfolio management

Facilitation

• Facilitates Agile Framework events (Scrum, Kanban, ...)
• Is aware of the product vision and knows its importance
• Participate to Renault Group Agile community

Knowledge:

• Foundations of Agile: The Agile spirit, the vocabulary, the raison d'être, and the contributions of Agile...
• Facilitation skills within his team

Participants are awarded this badge when they meet the following criteria:

• Possess the necessary skills listed above
• Have been trained in the basics of Agile and facilitation
• Were evaluated on their knowledge of Agile
• Are (or have been) members of the Agile community of the Renault Group
• Presented a feedback on the implementation of Agile values or practices to a jury of Agile Coaches
