The micro-credential was awarded based on the participant's achievement of the intended learning outcomes, as evidenced by the results obtained during the postgraduate program and the final examination.

The micro-credential confirms the completion of approximately 750 hours - the workload structure for postgraduate students in the "Coaching" program includes diverse forms of educational activities that create a cohesive practical and developmental learning process.
During theoretical classes (sessions and lectures), participants acquire organized and in-depth knowledge in the basics of coaching, interpersonal communication, psychology, and key coaching models and tools.

Their aim is to develop skills in conducting coaching processes, working with individual and team clients, and effectively using coaching tools and techniques in various developmental contexts. An integral part of the education is the participant's independent work, which includes preparation for classes, studying relevant literature, completing assignments, and developing self-reflection.
The entire educational process is supplemented by other activities, including participation in feedback sessions and the final exam, which allow for the consolidation of the acquired knowledge, verification of skills, and assessment of readiness to independently conduct coaching processes.
The issuance of the micro-credential is based on the participant achieving the intended learning outcomes in terms of knowledge, skills, and social competencies as defined for the postgraduate program. The outcomes are linked to the curriculum content and the adopted teaching and assessment methods.
The verification of the learning outcomes is continuous and multi-stage.
