The ‘Una Europa in the Community’ Student Project Incubator is an 8-week online programme for students from the eleven Una Europa universities. It aims to bridge the gap between universities and local communities, fostering collaboration to enhance their collective impact in addressing global challenges. Grounded in the “think globally, act locally” principle and challenge-based learning methodologies, the programme invites students to engage in workshops, collaborative teamwork, and milestone challenges that equip them with the knowledge and skills to identify local needs and co-create innovative, community-oriented solutions. Mentors are postgraduate students from the Una Europa universities who play a vital role in supporting the programme. They facilitate team processes, promote effective communication and collaboration, help students navigate challenges, and encourage reflection and personal growth throughout the experience. The 'Una Europa in the Community' Student Project Incubator is coordinated by the University College Dublin. At the University College Dublin, the Una Europa opportunities are coordinated by the [Una Europa Team in UCD Global.](https://www.ucd.ie/global/unaeuropa/unaeuropateamatucd/)
