By alternating application of theoretical knowledge, game-based simulations and team interaction, participants acquire the understanding needed to develop an organization's capacity to innovate. In 3 hours, the game simulates a year of IMS development, and participants, as Innovation Managers, must choose new activities to implement each month and prioritize how to progress the innovation portfolio. At the end of the year, the value created is put into perspective with the organization's typology and its innovation intent. \n\nThe game favors the understanding of the systemic dynamics of IMS.
