The Time2Lead Leadership Programme: Gold Award

Earners of this badge have achieved the highest award in their journey through the Time2Lead Leadership Programme by continuing to develop the skills, competencies and confidence to be effective sports and physical activity leaders and have put this acquired knowledge and skill in to practice in a variety of scenarios. They have also completed a volunteering placement.

Earner has successfully completed the Time2Lead Bronze Award badge. This involved participation in workshops on leadership, communication, youth voice, planning and co-design.
Earner has successfully completed the Time2Lead Silver Award badge. This involved participation in workshops on problem-solving, inclusion, volunteering, and leadership, alongside the planning and delivery of a School Games event.
Earner has continued to build further on their experience in a leadership role within their school by giving an additional 4 hours of their time, bringing their total leadership hours to a minimum of 12. They have demonstrated dedication and adaptability by continuing to apply their knowledge and develop their practice using new skills gained through workshops.
Earner has successfully undertaken a volunteering placement as a physical activity leader with an organisation other than their school and outside of school hours, showing many skills including self-management and self-belief. This placement has been completed to a high standard and the placement provider has confirmed they would be happy to provide a reference regarding the earner's time with their organisation.
