A professional teacher develops learning environments and enables learning processes in networks and communities together with students, working life and colleagues.

Expected learning outcomes

• You can identify and describe the main learning environments in your field and describe their significance for learning.

• You can implement and develop cooperation with representatives of working life or educational institutions and colleagues.

• You can comprehensively plan, design, implement and develop, independently or as a co-teacher, a learning process in which individual and group-based learning takes place in different learning environments (e.g. describe expected learning outcomes, stages of the learning process, main contents to be learned, teaching and tutoring methods, selected learning environments, digital solutions and tools, learning materials, assessment).

• You know the regulations, documents or instructions that guide your work as the leader of the learning process and you act accordingly.

• You are able to justify and critically evaluate your pedagogical decisions, activities and solutions on instructional and learning design using source material and pedagogical literature. You modify your personal theoretical views on learning and teaching through your activities.

• You reflect on your competence, development needs and opportunities. You recognise the development of your teacher's identity.
