This badge recognizes volunteers who have made a significant and inspiring impact in the fight against hunger. Their dedication and contributions to Stop Hunger embody the spirit of service and drive meaningful change in their communities.

Recognized skills

This badge is awarded to recognize volunteers who have made a significant impact through their dedication and meaningful initiatives they’ve organized. To earn it, a volunteer must demonstrate at least two of the following skills:

Commitment to community support: Has contributed time and effort to organize noticeable a Stop Hunger initiative.
Organizational skills: Has planned and coordinated a charitable action.
Advocacy and communication: Has promoted an initiative to give visibility and awareness.
Volunteer coordination: Has engaged and motivated volunteers to take part in the initiative.
Fundraising and resource mobilisation skills: Has raised funds and resources to support a charitable cause.

Attribution criteria

To receive the badge, consideration is given to:

Impact and scale: The initiative involved dozens of volunteers or donors, contributing valuable donations to Stop Hunger or a local charity.
Visibility and recognition: The initiative received recognition through local social media and internal communication channels.
Volunteer engagement: A high number of volunteers actively engaged (from Sodexo, Pluxee or partner organizations) in the initiative.
Beneficiaries supported: The number of people supported through the initiative
Fundraising success: The action has achieved a significant total amount of funds raised.
