This badge is issued to employees who have the essential skills of the Alliance production system (APW) deployed within Groupe Renault. It certifies that the beneficiary has the necessary skills allowing him to be recognized as an SV (supervisor) capable of building performance in his workstations within the Renault Group by applying the fundamentals of Lean Management. The beneficiary has demonstrated a commitment to carrying out training and carrying out genba work aimed at improving its KPIs, as well as a willingness to get involved in the APW community.

APW features “two never endings” which guide all of our activities to focus on the requirements of the customer. - Never Ending Synchronization with the customer - Never Ending Quest to Identify Problems and Put in Place Solutions

The recipient has demonstrated a commitment to APW. He participated in training in the field, he carried out field work to improve key indicators of his perimeter.

Participants are awarded this badge when they meet the following criteria:

• Have done the training program "Primo APW Fundamentals"

• Have presented their work in front of a jury and the score is at least 8 points on the evaluation grid

• Are members of the Groupe Renault APW series life community
