Expected learning outcomes

• You can tutor and guide a group of participants through a pedagogical process (e. g. students’ learning processes, group thesis counselling process, work community’s change or development process, a co-teaching or mentoring process).

• You are able to monitor and describe the dynamics of interaction occurring during the process.

• You can facilitate learning in groups and from others, and support interaction that builds participatory culture (e.g. e.g., ways of interaction that promote learning and group formation, building a sense of community and influencing it as a teacher, equal distribution of interaction, and group activities that support learning).

• You can enable group processes in various learning environments, utilizing digital and artificial intelligence applications in a pedagogically meaningful manner.

• Together with the participants, you are able to evaluate how you will achieve the goals set for the group process.

• You are able to justify and critically evaluate your pedagogical decisions, activities and solutions on instructional and learning design using source material and pedagogical literature.

• You modify your personal theoretical views on learning and teaching through your activities.

• Yuo reflect on your competence, development needs and opportunities. - Yuo recognise the development of your teacher's identity.
