The participant has acquired in-depth knowledge of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, its principles, core process, and areas of application. They can use the method to support creative problem solving, strategy development, communication, and collaboration across a range of organisational contexts. They are able to design and facilitate LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops, use individual and shared models purposefully, and integrate technical building skills, metaphorical thinking, and storytelling into structured workshop processes. The acquired competencies enable them to facilitate collaborative exploration of complex challenges, foster solution-oriented thinking and creative idea generation, and guide groups through structured model-based workshop activities.

Criteria

The participant has successfully completed the “LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator” training programme and achieved the defined learning outcomes.

They have demonstrated in particular that they can:

contextualise the origins, core principles, and key areas of application of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method
understand and apply the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® core process to different workshop objectives
use technical building, metaphorical thinking, and storytelling as core skill-building elements
design appropriate warm-up activities for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops
facilitate the use of individual models to explore specific questions and perspectives
guide the development of shared models to support common understanding and collaborative solution development
contextualise the basic use of system models within LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops
structure and design LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops for defined objectives
facilitate workshop processes using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method
foster communication, collaboration, creative thinking, and solution-oriented approaches within groups
use feedback on their facilitation to further develop workshop design and delivery
