Leadership Academy

The recipient of the badge has participated in the Leadership Academy training organised by the Associationof Junior Chamber International in Finland. The Leadership Academy is intended for the presidents of local chambers, members of regional organisations,national and regional conference managers, and the National Board & officers. Participation requires that member has been elected to a Junior Chamber post for the following calendar year. The leadership academy provides the participant with the means and tools to develop their own leadership in the future post. The Leadership Academy introduces the current strategy of the Junior Chamber International in Finland and its annual priorities, considers how to put the strategy into practice in one's own post, familiarizes oneself with the tasks and responsibilities related to the post, and works together on action plans and development targets for the coming year.
