Criteria

To earn this badge, the recipient has demonstrated sustained engagement as a Student Coach in the Bachelor’s Programme in Business Administration and Economics (Ekonomie kandidatprogrammet) at Lund University School of Economics and Management (LUSEM), and has:

  • Actively supported a group of students through regular and structured meetings over the duration of the programme (two to three semesters)

  • Provided guidance on topics such as career development, industry insights, professional skills, and personal development

  • Created a supportive and open environment that encourages dialogue, reflection, and student engagement

  • Shared relevant professional experiences and perspectives to help students connect their studies to future career paths

  • Demonstrated reliability, commitment, and a constructive, student-focused approach

  • Contributed to a positive and respectful learning environment
