Criteria

The participant has successfully completed the AI Manager training programme and achieved the defined learning outcomes.

They have demonstrated in particular that they can:

understand and contextualise the fundamentals of artificial intelligence, machine learning, neural networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs),
identify and evaluate the potential, opportunities, and suitable applications of AI in organisational environments,
develop, assess, and plan AI pilot projects using an AI Design Sprint,
plan and manage AI projects in a structured manner and integrate them into organisational processes,
use modern AI tools, including generative AI and ChatGPT, safely and purposefully,
address legal requirements, particularly data protection and copyright, as well as ethical considerations and risks associated with the use of AI,
develop, document, and present a practice-oriented AI project,
apply artificial intelligence responsibly as a strategic driver of digital transformation within an organisation.
