Possession of this badge means that the holder has successfully completed the GEM x ST emPOWERING manager course run by GEM Executive Education on behalf of STMicroelectronics.

This validation is based on 2 key elements:

• attendance at training modules
• knowledge tests on each module

Objectives

The program is made up of 10 modules, 7 of which are provided by Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) and 3 by STMicroelectronics Tours, focusing on 4 major objectives:

• OBJECTIVE 1: Be aware of their managerial potential

• OBJECTIVE 2: Acquire and/or consolidate a managerial posture based on a common frame of reference

• OBJECTIVE 3: Meet the challenges of today's and tomorrow's manager

• OBJECTIVE 4: Support and develop their team
