The professional teacher’s interaction in contexts of teaching and tutoring supports dialogue, inclusion and pays attention to the diversity of students.

  • I give my students time, attention, and respect in all encounters. 
  • I create possibilities for dialogue as part of teaching and tutoring. 
  • Through my own interaction, I promote students' participation, wellbeing and experience of safety. 
  • I guide and tutor individuals and groups, taking into account the diversity of students.

Describe the concepts of participation and inclusion in the context of vocational education, using source materials as well.

  • Describe the principles and practices of inclusion of your chosen education provider. Take into consideration students, teachers and working life, as well as multi-professional work with support services and stakeholders.
  • Describe student diversity in education, how learning support needs are identified and how learning is supported. How are these reflected in different learning environments (e.g. educational institution, working life, digital environments, etc.)?
  • Identify further opportunities for the development of the work practices in inclusion. 
  • Assess your own competence in relation to the competence criteria.
