  • have passed a quiz attesting to the fundamental knowledge of the tutor's posture at GEM

Professional skills attested

  • mentoring and coaching posture: fostering autonomy and perspective, promoting awareness of mobilization and development of transferable skills
  • empathy and active listening: ability to listen, understand and take into account the needs of others
  • time management: respecting frameworks and deadlines
  • evaluation skills: assess deliverables meeting the pedagogical objectives of training modules on the basis of specific, given criteria
