- have passed a quiz attesting to the fundamental knowledge of the tutor's posture at GEM

- empathy and active listening: ability to listen, understand and take into account the needs of others
- time management: respecting frameworks and deadlines
- evaluation skills: assess deliverables meeting the pedagogical objectives of training modules on the basis of specific, given criteria
