Open Badges provide digital showcases for the experience of their holders (whether they have completed a training course or actively participated in an event, trade show, etc.). How does this badge have been earned?

Possession of this badge means that the holder has successfully completed the GEM x ST Management School course run by GEM Executive Education on behalf of STMicroelectronics.

This validation is based on 3 key elements:

• attendance at training modules
• knowledge tests on each module
• examples of applying training inputs to management activities

Objectives

The program is made up of 12 modules, 10 of which are provided by Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) and 2 by STMicroelectronics, focusing on 4 major objectives:

• OBJECTIVE 1: Develop adaptive leadership skills
• OBJECTIVE 2: Acquire a sound managerial mindset
• OBJECTIVE 3: Strengthen interpersonal communication skills
• OBJECTIVE 4: Improve decision-making in complex situations
