Business Development Innovation Challenge

The recipient of this badge has participated in a business development innovation challenge. During the challenge, the team worked under time pressure to find a solution to a real development need identified by a company or another organisation. The participant worked in a new team whose members they did not know beforehand. They examined a service from the perspective of a customer or consumer, developed a proposed solution together with the client and the team, and presented the final result to a panel of experts and a wider audience. The badge demonstrates that the participant can work under pressure, solve business problems creatively and contribute to a multidisciplinary team. They can also receive feedback and use it to improve a solution.
