- Identify the main concepts of the development project management and the 7 management tools of the PM4R methodology
- Strengthen the capacity to identify and manage key actors for the management of development projects
- Develop the ability to analyze Earned Value and manage the triple constraint of projects, using the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), the Schedule and the S-curve of resource utilization
- Apply the Risk Matrix, Procurement Matrix, RACI Matrix and Communication Matrix according to the methodology standards

Guided learning that includes:
- Individual activities, such as questionnaires and discussion forums in which the concepts of PM4R tools are assimilated
- Group activities, in which practical tools will be implemented for a project in development
- Feedback activities, where the Certified Trainer in charge of the program will provide assistance and advice to each team
- Synchronous theoretical activities, where the Certified Trainer in charge of the program will explain each of the tools and the weekly work to be developed

Assessment description
The credential is awarded to those participants who complete all course activities, pass the final certification exam and achieve 70% course achievement in the following tasks:
- Weekly individual activities on the virtual platform, completing knowledge tests and participating in discussion forums
- Weekly group deliverables applying the seven (7) PM4R tools in his/her real projects and/or practical cases
- Participation in weekly synchronous sessions with the Trainer
- Individual PM4R Professional certification exam with only one attempt
Estimated effort
Participants who receive this credential have completed 8 weeks of the course, equivalent to 55 hours of academic work.
