This badge recognizes active participation in Katapult Day on September 30, 2025, in Amersfoort.

This edition of Katapult Day brought participants together around the theme “Reinventing the wheel”. In a time of digitalization, climate challenges, and labor market shortages, the event explored how we can radically rethink work and collaboration: smarter, more flexible, and future-proof. The day focused on strengthening innovation, collaboration, and the learning capacity within public-private partnerships.

The badge holder attended the event, workshops, and networking sessions throughout the day. Through participation, the badge holder gained insights into best practices in the context of:

  • New ways of working and collaborating: internal processes and cooperation with students/companies
  • New organizational forms and governance: radically different structures and organizational models
  • New skills and competences: which future-proof capabilities are needed?
  • New business models and innovations: how organizations create economic value in a changing landscape
  • Motivation (Katapult, PPPs, companies, education, employees, students), drive, and purpose to realize this renewal
