An open badge is a digital showcase of the experience of its holder. It makes a person's skills or achievements more visible. It can be issued by an organization or a company and shared via web-based platforms such as LinkedIn or Open Badge Passport. Open badges are particularly useful for recognizing and valuing skills acquired outside of traditional training and provide an effective method for motivating and engaging students, employees, users or citizens with shared goals, resources and values. How was this badge earned (criteria)

This badge is earned on demand based on the validation of the following two elements of evidence:

1. actual attendance at at least 3 different meetings or experience feedbacks proposed by a GEM department or academic program on the theme of managerial innovation.
2. Reflective feedback on one of these meetings

These elements of proof guarantee a level of involvement and individual questioning capable of identifying a posture of openness and true concern for entrepreneurial or managerial innovation.

Badge Innovation Mindset – Critères spécifiques parcours Odyssée

Dans le cadre du parcours Odyssée de 1re année PGE à GEM, le badge Innovation Mindset valorise la posture professionnelle développée lors des rencontres dites Hors les Murs organisées au sein du parcours. Il valide et reconnaît la participation active à au moins quatre rencontres et la capacité réflexive du participant sur ses apprentissages au travers de retours réflexifs à chaud après chaque rencontre et une synthèse réflexive d'ensemble portant sur sa participation.
