- Identify, explain, and apply the different processes for the development of the five (5) steps of the PM4R Agile methodology in the management of their development projects and demonstrate personal commitment to achieve team's objectives
- Address the communication, negotiation, and leadership challenges that participants face in each stage of development project management according to the PM4R Leadership methodology

Learning experience and activities
Guided learning in each of the three (3) certifications of the program that includes:
- Individual activities, such as quizzes and discussion forums in which the concepts of PM4R tools are assimilated
- Group activities, where practical tools are implemented in a development project
- Feedback activities, where the certified Trainer in charge of the program will provide assistance and guidance to each team
- Synchronous theoretical activities, where the certified Trainer in charge of the program will explain each of the tools and the weekly work to be developed
Additionally, the recipient must pass a certification exam of forty (40) questions: thirty (30) questions of the three (3) methodologies and ten (10) additional application questions based on a business case.
Assessment description
To access this certification, the holder of this credential must have successfully completed the 3 courses of the Project Management for Results (PM4R) program:
- PM4R Professional (55 hours)
- PM4R Leadership (52 hours)
- PM4R Agile (45 hours)
The certification will be awarded after taking an automated knowledge test of a single attempt, with a maximum duration of 2 hours on the three (3) methodologies and passing it with a minimum of 70 points.
Estimated effort
Participants who receive this credential have completed 155 hours of academic work distributed in the 3 courses of the Project Management for Results (PM4R) Program and the final certification exam.
