Guided learning that includes:
- Individual activities such as questionnaires and discussion forums to assimilate the concepts of PM4R tools
- Group activities in which the tools will be implemented in a project in development
- Feedback activities where the certified Trainer in charge of the program will provide assistance and advice to each team
- Synchronous theoretical activities where the certified Trainer in charge of the program will explain each of the tools and the weekly work to be developed

Assessment description
The credential is awarded to those participants who complete all the course activities, pass the final certification exam and achieve 70% course achievement in the following tasks:
- Weekly individual activities on the virtual platform
- Weekly group deliverables in accordance with the tools on leadership, negotiation and communication for development and social impact projects
- Participation in weekly synchronous sessions with the Trainer
- Presentation of the application Project of the acquired knowledge
- Individual PM4R Leadership certification exam with only one attempt
Estimated effort
Participants who receive this credential have completed 8 weeks of course, equivalent to 52 hours of academic work.
