Emerge is a company that develops useful practices for dealing with uncertainty and provides training in these practices through training, mentoring, tools and the design of in-house training programmes.

I obtained this badge after filling in an application form at the end of the Empowerment training course run by an organisation recognised by Emerge*.

This training course is based on the emerge© systemic and adaptive approach, which guides individuals and their organisations through complexity and uncertainty, using principles, tools and practices to strengthen the robustness of relational dynamics and transform interactions into levers for sustainable collaboration and collective learning.

The posture of emerge© Manager is acquired through experience, which means receiving recommendations and illustrations revealing the evolution of my practice in order to validate this badge.
