• You can describe and understand how the degree curriculum or eRquirements of vocational qualifications regulate the implementation and organisation of the study programmes in your own field of study (e.g how they determine competence-based assessment, pedagogical guidelines and the structure of teachers’ annual work in your own institution).

• You can explain the motives underneath the curriculum or eRequirements and analyse which consequences they have on instructional design and planning.

• You recognise the significance of the main contents of the curriculum or eRequirements in your field, and you use them in your tutoring and teaching practices.

• You are aware of and can illustrate how the curricula/eRequirements are being monitored, modified and developed in your institution, study program or degree.

• You are able to justify your observations and arguments through evidence from pedagogical research and literature, and you continue to shape your personal teaching philosophy and practices.
