Generic badge validation criteria

To obtain this badge, the beneficiary must have demonstrated a voluntary approach to sustainable development and CSR issues through participation in an awareness-raising or self-training program offered by GEM (Olympiades, Défi de la rentrée, Journée de la Sustainability, etc.). This participation, validated by GEM, includes time for personal reflection (by consulting online resources, documents, webinars, knowledge tests, etc.) and initial contact with the major issues linked to social, economic and environmental transitions, based on solid resources selected by GEM.

Critères spécifiques de validation du badge

Depuis 2021, année où GEM est devenue Société à Mission, l’École a mis en place un dispositif de sensibilisation et d’autoformation destiné aux étudiants, afin de renforcer leur compréhension des enjeux de développement durable et de responsabilité sociétale. Chaque année, un catalogue d’activités est proposé pour encourager le développement d’une conscience critique face aux transitions sociales et environnementales, dans un contexte mondial marqué par le réchauffement climatique.

En 2025, ce dispositif s’est concrétisé à travers les Olympiades de la Sustainability, organisées du 17 février au 14 mars, et ouvertes à l’ensemble des étudiants et personnels de l’École. Ce programme a proposé une variété d’activités pour explorer, expérimenter et s’engager autour des enjeux du développement durable et de la responsabilité sociétale et environnementale.

Dans ce cadre, le ou la bénéficiaire de ce badge a validé un des trois critères suivants, reconnus par GEM comme conditions d’attribution :

Critère A : 3 activités "courtes"

Parmi une quinzaine d’activités proposées, telles que :
- la validation du test TASK by Sulitest,
- la consultation active de replays d’événements proposés par les chaires de GEM sur les thématiques du développement durable.

Critère B : 1 activité en présentiel

Parmi une sélection incluant notamment :
- des ateliers collaboratifs (Fresque du climat, Fresque de la diversité, Fresque des textiles, Fresque de la montagne),
- des serious games en présentiel (Bien vivre ensemble, Ethical Expedition, Walking in their shoes),
- des rencontres avec des professionnels de la RSE (UNICEF, Crédit Agricole, chercheurs de GEM),
- des sorties Hors les Murs (Néméton Biolab Café, Bar’Radis, Pôle R de Grenoble Alpes Métropole).

Critère C : 1 activité "longue"

• Validation d’un MOOC sur le développement durable, sélectionné par GEM.

Specific criteria for badge validation

Since 2021, the year in which GEM became a Société à Mission, the School has set up an awareness and self-training program for students, to strengthen their understanding of the issues of sustainable development and social responsibility. Each year, a catalogue of activities is offered to encourage the development of a critical awareness of social and environmental transitions, in a global context marked by global warming.

In 2025, this program took shape through the Olympiades de la Sustainability, organized from February 17 to March 14, and open to all students and staff at the École. The program offered a variety of activities to explore, experiment and engage with the challenges of sustainable development and social and environmental responsibility.

In this context, the recipient of this badge has validated one of the following three criteria, recognized by GEM as conditions for award:

Criterion A: 3 "short " activities

Among some fifteen proposed activities, such as : - validation of the TASK by Sulitest test, - active consultation of replays of events proposed by GEM chairs** on sustainable development themes.

Criteria B: 1 face-to-face activity.

From a selection including : - collaborative workshops (Climate Fresco, Diversity Fresco, Textile Fresco, Mountain Fresco), - face-to-face serious games (Bien vivre ensemble, Ethical Expedition, Walking in their shoes), - meetings with CSR professionals (UNICEF, Crédit Agricole, GEM researchers), - off-site outings (Néméton Biolab Café, Bar'Radis, Pôle R de Grenoble Alpes Métropole).

Criteria C: 1 "long " activity

• Validation of a MOOC on sustainable development, selected by GEM.
