Synchronous virtual technical workshop including: expert presentations, exercises in interdisciplinary multi-country breakout groups, collaborative analysis, and discussion of practice.

Content / Topics

• Identikit and types of roles among change agents.
• Case discussion: IS4H Bahamas and change agents.
• The change journey: how to prepare and strengthen this role.

Assessment Description

Although no summative evaluation was conducted, participants carried out a collaborative analysis activity using a virtual whiteboard in subgroup sessions.
