The twin transition is one of the main challenges of the EU and policy-makers are calling for digital and sustainable solutions leading the way towards the twin transition to foster new business opportunities and create awareness within the society. Criteria

Learning Path 4: Green Transition Facilitator

Designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to guide organisations through the complex process of transitioning to a sustainable, digital, and entrepreneurial future. This path emphasises integrative learning, where participants compare, understand, and synthesise diverse perspectives to tackle the interconnected challenges of green, digital, and entrepreneurial transitions. Learners gain the ability to assess a business’s current sustainability, digitalisation, and entrepreneurship status and develop innovative strategies that align with these goals while effectively measuring their impact. Through practical simulations and scenario development, this path prepares future Green Transition Facilitators to navigate and lead real-world transitions from a fossil-based economy to a green, service-oriented one.

Learning Goals

  • Develop integrative learning skills by comparing, understanding, and synthesising diverse information.
  • Apply learnings to real-life situations, evaluate different perspectives, identify biases, and understand contextual complexities.
  • Learn to navigate and adapt to changing situations using a systems thinking approach, considering time, space, and context.
  • Assess a business’s current position in sustainability, digitalisation, and entrepreneurship.
  • Develop innovative strategies that align with sustainability, digitalisation, and entrepreneurship objectives.
  • Learn to effectively measure the impact of sustainability, digitalisation, and entrepreneurial strategies.

The Green Transition Facilitator learning experience is a flexible self-paced journey that develops hands-on skills to prepare learners for real-world challenges. It has a flexible and innovative approach, allowing to adapt content to different realities.

  • Canvases for opportunity discovery and valuing ideas

Awarding Criteria and Estimated Effort

This credential is awarded for the successful completion of all activities and evaluations included in Learning Path 4. The participant who receives this credential has completed approximately 25 hours of dedication.
