PM4R Practitioner Certification

For this, we need people who not only have the right skills but also are passionate about improving lives.

1. Differentiate the main features of the tools to manage the project's triple constraint (scope, time, and cost), strengthening their ability to manage the project with a results-oriented approach.
2. Develop the key planning tools for the project incorporating the vision of the main stakeholders, through the application of the international standards of project management of the PM4R methodology.

Received coaching that includes:

• Group and face-to-face practical activities, in which the tools to manage the triple constraint (WBS, schedule, and S curve) of the PM4R methodology will be implemented in their development and/or social impact projects.
• Feedback activities, where the PM4R Coach will provide assistance and advice to each team during the workshop.

Assessment description

The badge is granted to those members of the executing teams and/or employees who participate in the face-to-face workshop, and demonstrate a personal commitment to achieve the team's objectives and successfully apply the tools to manage the triple constraint of the PM4R methodology (WBS, schedule, and S curve) in their projects.

Estimated effort

Participants who receive this badge have completed a total of 16 hours of academic effort.
