Agile Relay Confirmed

The confirmed Agile relay is an integral part of Renault's Agile transformation program. She is the driving force behind this transformation. She has benefited from training in agile management, facilitation and product design. With the help of Agile Coach, he confronts his Agile practices with others at the team and ecosystem level. She knows the intentions of visual management and is part of a community of Cross Relays at the Renault Group.

• Participate in a Scrum of Scrum

Participants are awarded this badge when they meet the following criteria:

• Have the necessary skills, cited above, and have been certified Agile Relay Practitioner
• Were trained in the basics of the most used Agile frameworks, management in the Agile and the "Facilitation and facilitator posture"
• Were evaluated on their knowledge of agility
• Are (or have been) members of the Agile community of the Renault Group
• Presented a review of experiences on Shadowing in another team to a jury of peers and Agile coach.
