• Setting up and establishing the Junior Advisory Board as a relevant and permanent body.

• Promoting dialogue between younger generations and different departments.
• Contributing new, project-specific ideas and impetus for younger generations.
• Helping to shape and implement cross-divisional initiatives with a long-term focus.
• Identifying and promoting group-wide synergies, topics, and projects.
