The micro-credential confirms that the participant has achieved in-depth knowledge, practical skills, and social competencies in planning, coordinating, and implementing Industry 4.0 solutions, as well as supporting the digital transformation of organizations.
The participant is familiar with the pillars of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0, as well as key industrial technologies, including the Internet of Things, Big Data, artificial intelligence, automation, robotics, 3D printing, VR/AR technologies, digital twins, predictive maintenance, and ERP, MES, and SCADA systems. They understand the organizational, technological, social, and security-related aspects of digital transformation.
They are capable of analyzing an organization's digital maturity, identifying areas for digitization and optimization, selecting appropriate technologies, and planning their implementation. They utilize digital tools, artificial intelligence solutions, AI agents, and agile methodologies for data analysis, work automation, project management, and supporting managerial decisions.
They are prepared to responsibly fulfill the role of a manager, coordinator, or leader in Industry 4.0 implementations, manage technological change, collaborate with stakeholders, and use digital technologies ethically and safely.

The micro-credential was awarded based on the participant's achievement of the intended learning outcomes, as confirmed by the results obtained during the postgraduate program and the final examination.
The assessment covered the level of knowledge mastery, the ability to analyze data and processes, evaluation of an organization's digital maturity, planning of technological implementations, selection of digital solutions, and change management. It also took into account participation in classes, completion of practical tasks, involvement in workshops, case study analysis, project work, and the ability to apply acquired competencies in organizational and industrial practice.
The micro-credential confirms the completion of approximately 850 hours of work by a participant in the postgraduate program "Manager Industry 4.0". The educational process includes theoretical classes, workshops, practical exercises, case studies, project work, and individual study. The program develops competencies related to process analysis, assessing an organization's digital maturity, implementing industrial technologies, utilizing artificial intelligence, automation, robotics, and managing digital transformation.
The entire educational process is complemented by a final exam, which allows for the verification of knowledge, practical skills, and readiness to apply Industry 4.0 solutions in professional practice.
The issuance of a micro-credential is based on the participant achieving the learning outcomes specified for the postgraduate program, which are linked to the program content, teaching methods, and assessment approaches.
The verification of learning outcomes is continuous and multi-stage. It includes evaluating the participant's engagement, completing practical tasks, participating in workshops, case analysis, project work, and a final exam.
