Guided learning that includes:

Individual activities, such as questionnaires and discussion forums in which PM4R tool concepts are assimilated
Group activities, in which practical tools will be implemented in a project in development
Feedback activities, where the certified Trainer in charge of the program will provide assistance and advice to each team
Synchronous theoretical activities, where the certified Trainer in charge of the program will explain each of the tools and the weekly work to be developed

Assessment description

The credential is awarded to those participants who complete all the course activities, pass the final certification exam and achieve 70% course achievement in the following tasks:

Weekly individual activities each on the virtual platform
Weekly group deliverables according to the principles, roles, tools, activities and steps for developing the PM4R Agile plan in development and social impact projects
Participation in weekly synchronous sessions with the certified Trainer
Execution of a Sprint planning meeting
PM4R Agile individual certification exam with only one attempt

Estimated effort

The participants who receive this credential have completed 6 weeks of course, equivalent to 45 hours of academic work.
