Objectives of the program

The AMARENCO Lead'In program carried out by AMARENCO with GEM Executive Education has 5 major objectives:

1. The creation of a training framework and structure adapted to international and varied manager profiles

2. To support the growth of the company through the development of key managerial skills

3. The reinforcement of a coherent and shared corporate culture

4. Recognition and anchoring of the company's talents

5. The creation of a long-term dynamic for the management of the company

How is this open badge earned (criteria)

Within the Lead'In Amarenco program, participants have been organized in groups of 5 or 7, to carry out a common thread project linked to the core business of the company.

The objective of this project is to create a hands-on, collaborative professional space for participants to integrate and implement course content and Amarenco’s strategy. The projects have been part of the graduation process of the program.

Each group has been asked to provide 2 deliverables:

• the project report
• a PowerPoint presentation for the oral presentation

Possession of this badge means that the holder has validated the LEAD'IN AMARENCO MANAGER training course given by GEM Executive Education on behalf of AMARENCO.
