The European Federation for Company Sport (EFCS) is an international non-profit organisation that brings together national company sport associations across Europe. Founded in 1962, it promotes sports and physical activity within both private and public companies as a driver of health, cohesion, inclusion, and collective performance. The EFCS also organises the European Company Sport Games and a variety of international events and programs, promoting values of equality, inclusion, and well-being for everyone in the workplace.

This badge recognises individuals who actively promote and support physical activity and sport within their organisation. Company Sport Ambassadors lead initiatives that encourage employee engagement, wellbeing, and team cohesion through sport, and act as role models for integrating physical activity into the workplace culture.

Criteria

•I hold a position or role that allows me to influence organisational culture, or I act as a company sport coach, actively promoting and supporting physical activity in the workplace.

•I coordinate, support, or participate in internal/external sports initiatives and campaigns, and communicate their benefits through articles, posts, or events to engage employees and raise awareness.

•I have received relevant training or certification and contribute to strategies and reporting that improve individual wellbeing, productivity, and overall organisational performance.
