badge by using our Service. The badge is issued based on your name, e-mail
address and on the information that you provide to the badge issuer in a badge
application form, when you apply to a badge in the Service.
We, Open Badge Factory Oy, are the provider of the Service and are identified
as a data processor under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legal
framework. Consequently, Open Badge Factory processes your personal data in the
Service solely as per our customer's (badge issuer's) instructions; the
customer is the data controller for your personal data and determines the
purposes and means of the processing.
Therefore, if you wish to receive information on how your personal data is
being processed by the data controller or wish to exercise your rights as a
data subject, we invite you to contact your badge issuer(s) directly and review
their respective privacy notice(s).
