They have shown the ability to assess risk and to mitigate it appropriately
- Earner has shown a commitment to legal, safe practice and an in depth understanding of safeguarding practice and procedure by submitting their professional Safeguarding policy
- Earner has shown a commitment to equality and diversity and an in depth understanding of Equal Opportunities, both in theory and application, by submitting their professional Equal Opportunities policy
- Earner has shown an in depth awareness of professional compliance by submitting evidence of their professional insurance
- Earner has submitted a Nature Connection session plan example
