- Organisation has demonstrated curiosity and innovative thinking by engaging in a consultation with Region of Learning. They have broadened their knowledge of place-based learning and the importance of validating all skills and capabilities in a regenerative region.
- Organisation has recognised the benefits of digital badges and their purpose as verified credentials of skills, achievements, and experience. They have understood the benefits of this as a recruitment tool when sourcing new talent and actively considered the applications of badges to their organisation.
- Organisation has endorsed the aims and values of Region of Learning and pledges to recognise and validate digital badges as part of their recruitment process when considering new applicants. This demonstrates their support of diversity and inclusion, and commitment to broadening talent pipelines.
