The recipient has demonstrated:
-The ability to define a concrete need for change.
-The ability to choose responsible and sustainable methods for implementation.
-The ability to take action for change and monitor its effects.
-Evaluation of the impact of their actions (quantity, quality, and sustainability).
-Familiarize yourself with the EntreComp framework, specifically the competencies under the "Expert: Driving transformation, innovation, and growth" level, pages 23-35 (link).
-Reflect on your actions in a work, trust, or project role as a promoter of change, leader, innovator, or problem solver.
-Provide constructive feedback to yourself regarding your change capacity. Describe how you plan to continue the change. You can focus your plan on yourself or an organization.
-Create a concise report (max. 300 words or max. 3-minute video, or podcast) and save it in an online location of your choice (e.g., OneDrive). Share your demonstration file link along with your badge application form below ("link address").
