Entrepreneurial Action

This is a badge awarded by the Tampere University Community for a student's entrepreneurial actions. The badge is granted by HUBS, which promotes sustainable entrepreneurship at both TAMK and Tampere University. We believe that every university student needs entrepreneurial skills, and we offer optional studies that can be integrated into various fields of study. Criteria

The recipient of this badge possesses the knowledge and skills to:

  1. Initiate a project with sustainable goals and monitoring
  2. Define project priorities and action plans
  3. Make decisions to promote project progress
  4. Evaluate the impact of actions from a sustainability perspective
  5. Network and work purposefully with diverse individuals
  6. Utilize the process of learning, receiving feedback, and providing feedback.

Assessment Criteria

The badge recipient has demonstrated the ability to:

  1. Work independently and see a project through to completion.
  2. Define goals and implement their monitoring.
  3. Facilitate project progress by leveraging their network.
  4. Evaluate their progress and the impact of their actions (quantity, quality, and sustainability).
  5. Reflect on their learning by utilizing received feedback.

Competence Demonstration:

Familiarize yourself with the EntreComp framework (link).

Option 1: The learning outcome from the HUBS Building an Entrepreneurial Portfolio or HUBS Pre-incubator serves as evidence.

Option 2: Provide a concrete description of how you have acted entrepreneurially. Request and include peer feedback in your report, even if it is a small piece of feedback received from a student colleague, teacher, customer, or coworker who has observed the situation. Describe what you have learned or incorporated from the peer feedback received.

Compile the report in a concise format (max. 300 words, max. 3-minute video, or podcast).

Store the evidence in a location of your choice (e.g., OneDrive) and share the link in your badge application by adding it to the form below ("link address").

You can get this badge in two alternative ways. Choose one of the following:

Option 2: Provide a concrete description of how you have acted entrepreneurially.
