Criteria
The earner of this badge can successfully demonstrate that they:
- Can identify the key concepts of equality, diversity and inclusion
- Recognise examples of discrimination
- Can describe the benefits of equality, diversity and inclusion in emergencies
- Can apply relevant standards and frameworks to develop systems and processes that promote equality, diversity and inclusion in humanitarian organisations
- Recognise marginalisation within communities Identify potential barriers to inclusion in a humanitarian response
This badge is earned by completing the necessary activities, knowledge check tasks and feedback requests within FIELD Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
