Criteria
The earner of this badge can successfully demonstrate that they:
- Prioritise mental health, stress reduction and wellbeing for themselves and their team
- Recognise the sources and signs of stress within themselves and their team
- Can prevent staff and self from becoming ill due to stress
- Can incorporate wellbeing activities into daily activities and programme planning
- Promote wellbeing and duty of care culture
- Can raise awareness about the support available to staff
This badge is earned by completing the necessary activities, knowledge check tasks and feedback requests within FIELD Staff Care and Wellbeing.
