This badge is awarded to people who are passionate about building change communities based on the ideas in Lean Change Management.

Criteria

hosted a minimum of 5 meetups
provide evidence of social media presence (meetup.com, facebook pages, etc)
evidence of ongoing support for change agents
meet-ups and social presences are active and vibrant!

Community Builders are those who actively promote Lean Change Management via meetups. Community Builders can use meetup.com, facebook events or any other means necessary to run in-person meetups that bring people together to discuss Lean Change Management or using Agile, Lean and Lean Startup practises within organizational change. Basic criteria is:

hosted a minimum of 5 meetups
provide evidence of social media presence (meetup.com, facebook pages, etc)
evidence of ongoing support for change agents
meet-ups and social presences are active and vibrant!
